Searching
The phone list can be configured with different phone list search criteria. This can even be customized per Role within the organization. For example, the 'Phone Administrators' may get a more comprehensive search ability than normal users.
Customize Columns
Customize the columns on the phone listing from mobile and office phone numbers through to titles and departments. The columns and listings can also be secured depending upon the users Role in the organization.
View Extended Information
Extended information like users Photographs and organizational information can be viewed by simply double-cliking on the users account. Users can also navigate the organization tree by clicking on managers and direct reports
Create Organization Contacts and Phone List Entries
The Activate Corporate Directory product contains Tasks to create Active Directory Contacts. This provides the ability to create entries in the phone list without creating user accounts for example, Reception numbers, external contacts etc.
Self Service Update
Delegate the ability for users to update their own details. Some details can be updated directly others may require the users managers approval to change. This ensures that the directory is kept up to date and that the Service Desk is no longer required to maintain this information.
