The Activate Password Manager module enables users to register ‘secret’ questions and answers that can be used to verify their identity and allow them to reset their password without calling the service desk.

The module also allows passwords reset from the web interface to be 'flowed' through to external systems as required.

	Registration Management Activate Password Manager has a number of built-in strategies to help your users remember to register for password reset. They can be reminded each time they logon or every N days as required.
	Delegated Password Reset Delegated Password Reset allows business users like managers or team leaders to reset passwords without requiring IT knowledge or access rights.
