These general terms and conditions of use apply to all users of Activate SC NZ Limited (Activate) website (the Site). By viewing and using the Site you will be deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions of use and the Online Privacy Policy without qualification. - Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
